Getting started with your new workspace is a streamlined process, but understanding the foundational architecture of the platform will ensure you extract maximum value from our AI engines right out of the gate.

Your first step upon logging in is to navigate to the Workspace Settings panel. Here, you will define your global Brand Guidelines. Unlike standard AI tools that require you to repeatedly input your brand's tone, target audience, and formatting preferences into every single prompt, Quantum Studio allows you to lock these variables in at the foundational level. You can also upload your agency logo, which will automatically be injected into all PDF exports generated by the Social Forge and Conversion X-Ray tools, ensuring your deliverables are perfectly white-labeled.

Next, we highly recommend configuring your Team Access. If you are on the Pro or Enterprise tier, you can invite copywriters, account managers, and clients into isolated environments. This role-based access control (RBAC) ensures that clients can only view finalized presentations, while your internal team retains full, unmetered access to the generation furnaces. Security is paramount; therefore, all team members are required to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to protect your marketing data.

Finally, familiarize yourself with the Bento UI dashboard. The left-hand sidebar acts as your control center, housing the Social Forge, Growth Toolkit, and comprehensive API documentation. The bottom of every tool interface features your personal Generation Archive. This is powered by a secure database table (user_generations) that automatically logs your 10 most recent outputs per tool. This fail-safe architecture means you never have to worry about losing a brilliant viral hook or a perfectly engineered social media campaign if you accidentally refresh the page or close your browser tab.

For developers and agencies looking to build custom applications on top of the Quantum Studio infrastructure, our REST API provides headless access to our core generation models. To begin, navigate to the Developer Portal to generate your unique Bearer Token. This API key must be securely included in the Authorization header of every request you send to our servers.

We utilize a highly optimized routing system powered by PHP and cURL to communicate directly with the underlying large language models (LLMs). When formatting your POST requests, ensure your payload is strictly encoded as JSON. One of the most common integration hurdles developers face is accidental markdown formatting breaking the JSON parsing on the frontend. We have engineered our endpoints—such as api_social_forge.php and api_growth_toolkit.php—to automatically strip intrusive markdown code blocks using regular expressions before returning the final payload to your application.

Rate limiting is strictly enforced based on your subscription tier. Guest users without an account are metered at a hard limit of one generation per tool, while free registered users are granted three generations to evaluate the system. These limits are tracked securely via server-side session variables. If a user breaches this limit, the API will immediately return a 403 Forbidden status code accompanied by a specific string indicator (either limit_guest or limit_free). Your frontend JavaScript application must be configured to catch these exact text responses and trigger the appropriate upgrade modals or login redirects.

For Pro users, the API is entirely unmetered. Furthermore, all successful API generations are automatically recorded in your MySQL database, storing the user email, tool name, prompt parameters, and the raw output text. If you encounter a 500 Internal Server Error or a 'cURL Connection Failed' message, verify that your server environment has SSL verification properly configured and that outbound protocol requests to external HTTPS APIs are not being blocked by your web host's firewall.

Quantum Studio operates three distinct AI generation engines, each heavily fine-tuned for a specific marketing objective. Understanding how to prompt these engines is the key to unlocking elite-level copy. The Social Forge is our flagship campaign architect. Unlike standard chatbots that generate generic, disconnected posts, the Social Forge engineers cohesive 7-day content narratives formatted perfectly in raw HTML blocks. When using this tool, the 'Core Topic' input is the most critical variable. Instead of writing a broad keyword like "marketing", input a highly specific scenario such as "launching a new AI logo generator for SaaS startups to save design costs." The engine will automatically rotate through educational, promotional, and storytelling frameworks.

Next is the Growth Toolkit, a rapid-fire multi-tool designed for micro-interactions and top-of-funnel engagement. The Viral Hook Extractor is particularly powerful for short-form video on TikTok and Reels. It leverages advanced psychological frameworks—like the curiosity gap and pattern interruption—to script the critical first three seconds of your video. If you select the 'Controversial' tone, the AI will purposefully generate polarizing (yet completely brand-safe) statements designed to drive comment engagement and force an algorithmic push. The Profile Bio Writer and Smart Reply generator utilize similar specialized system prompts to optimize your digital footprint.

Finally, the Conversion X-Ray acts as a brutal, unbiased UX auditor. By inputting a target URL and a specific conversion goal (e.g., "increase newsletter signups by 20%"), the model performs a simulated 5-second test, identifies copywriting gaps, and flags immediate friction points in your sales funnel. It even assigns a dynamic algorithmic audit score to gamify the optimization process for your clients. To maximize the quality of all these outputs, always ensure your inputs are descriptive and your target platform is correctly selected, as this dictates the exact formatting rules fed to the AI.

Managing your Quantum Studio subscription, monthly billing cycles, and agency seat licenses is handled entirely through our secure, Stripe-integrated billing portal. We operate on a transparent, Product-Led Growth (PLG) pipeline. Every new visitor to your platform can test the tools immediately via the Guest tier, which grants a single free generation. Creating an account seamlessly unlocks the Free tier, granting three additional generations so users can fully evaluate the quality of the output.

To remove all restrictions and unlock unlimited generations, full API access, and the automated history archiving system, users must upgrade to the Pro tier. When you upgrade, your credit card is charged on a monthly recurring basis. Proration is automatically calculated and handled by our Stripe integration; if you decide to add additional team member seats midway through your billing cycle, you will only be charged a prorated fraction of the seat cost for the remaining days of that specific month.

Invoices are generated automatically and sent directly to the primary account email address on file. You can view your complete billing history, download standardized PDF invoices for your accounting department, and update your payment methods directly within the Account Settings dashboard. If a payment method fails, our system will automatically attempt to retry the charge up to three times over a unified dunning period. During this grace period, your Pro access will remain fully active.

If the payment ultimately fails after all retries, your account will be safely downgraded to the Free tier, and you will once again be subject to the metered paywall limits. Cancellation is entirely self-serve and hassle-free. You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click. Your Pro features will remain fully active until the very end of your current billing period, at which point your account will transition back to the Free tier without losing any of your previously generated content stored in the database archive.
